F1 in Schools
F1 in Schools – Primary is a STEM and Design & Technology competition that looks to engage 9 to 11 year olds. Students compete in local level competitions with the winners going on to a national final.
One of this year’s national finalists is team Lady Lightning, an all girl squad from Warwickshire. To secure their spot in the finals, they designed and constructed an F1 car with an emphasis on speed and sustainability.
When we saw the car, we thought it looked so great we had to get it modelled in bramble!
Best of luck for the finals Lady Lightning, we’re sure you’ll be brilliant!
